This post is really cutting it close for the May Nail Challenge Collaborative, lol, Last Day!!!
Anyway, for my final look I went with a monochromic purple flower creation using nail stickers.
I must admit and it's pretty obvious that this was a last minute look; although I have to say that nail stickers are a super easy way to add a little something extra to a simple mani without needing any nail art skills at all or if you're short on time.
Let's check out how the other ladies are wrapping up their spring floral looks below!

The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents: Spring Flowers - Look 3
Yesterday I showed you the China Glaze Desert Escape Collection and today I decided to use the colors from that collection to create my third Nail Challenge Collaborative Spring Flowers look.
Polishes Used:
-China Glaze - Rain Dance The Night Away
-China Glaze - What's She Dune?
-China Glaze - Don't Mesa With My Heart
-China Glaze - Don't Desert Me
If this print looks familiar, it may be because I did this same floral technique in April for a Digital Dozen look (check it out HERE); but even then I said that I loved it and would do it again in different colors, and here you go!
No joke I am so obsessed with this technique; it is ridiculously easy if you have any sort of dotting tools, bobby pins, toothpicks, etc. The colors in this mani are perfect for spring too! I am loving everything about this one.
Let's check out what the other ladies have created for their third Spring Floral looks!

China Glaze: Desert Escape Collection Swatches & Review
*Press Sample
Happy Tuesday! I hope that all my US readers had a lovely Memorial Day. Today I'll be sharing with you the 6 fun colors of the China Glaze Desert Escape Collection.
Don’t Mesa With My Heart: Vibrant violet pink crème
What’s She Dune?: Tranquil sandy beige crème
Don’t Desert Me: Intense fuchsia pearl shimmer
The Heat Is On: Sunlit red-orange crème
Rain Dance the Night Away: Bright turquoise crème
Meet Me in the Mirage: Brilliant rose gold metallic shimmer
All swatches are shown with two coats of polish plus topcoat.
Even though this is a smaller collection, I really like that it contains a variety of shades and finishes as well. I found the formulas to be self leveling and no issues with the application at all. Generally I like the formulas on China Glaze polishes and these were no different. If you like China Glaze, you'll like this mini collection for sure.
You can find the full set at LockAndMane.com and mini sets containing 3 polishes and a nail art item (either striping polish or nail/body tattoos) at Sallys in June. You can find out more information on the kits HERE.
Which of these shades is your favorite? Will you be picking up any or all from this collection?

The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents: Spring Flowers - Look 2
TGIF! I love Fridays, and this one is all that much better because it's right before a long weekend with Memorial Day! Woohoo!
Polishes Used:
-China Glaze - Shore Enuff
-China Glaze - Glow with the Flow
-China Glaze - X-ta-sea
-Cheeky Jumbo Plate 2 - Tropical Holiday
I loved these nails!! These feel so summery and tropical, which usually isn't a vibe that I go with my nails, but I just felt like I was ready for a beach vacation with these or something! Also, I don't normally do too many gradients because they aren't my strong suit, but I love how this one turned out! What I loved even more is that I did these on natural nails (as opposed to a white base) and the colors came out much better than I was expecting. Love it.
Let's see how the other girls are rocking their spring flowers!

The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents: Spring Flowers - Look 1
I may be getting a bit of a late start this month, but I am really looking forward to this floral theme so stay tuned to what I have in store. For my first look I decided to go with a satin stamping look!
Polishes Used:
-Zoya -Veruschka
-Color Club - Kismet
-Bundle Monster Stamping Plate - BM-618
OK, so I am not sure that this is actually very "springy" but it is floral and these were the colors that I was feeling like using! I love how subtle this is and the feel of it on the satin finish polish is so classy and smooth.
I was also curious to see how this would look shiny, and I am so glad I took the original satin finish photos because I don't really like how it looked shiny. It looked a bit of a shiny/holo mess, lol.
Let's see what the other ladies put together for their first spring flower manis!

The Digit-al Dozen Does: Geometric - Look 5
Happy Saturday! Today I am back with my final Digit-al Dozen Geometric look; unfortunately a day late. Whomp Whomp.
Anyway, I am finishing up with a stamped textured design.
Polishes Used:
-NOPI - On What Grounds
-Konad Blue Stamping Polish
-Konad Green Stamping Polish
I used both the blue and green stamping polish here to get a ton on ton look for the teal base. I love how stamping over a textured base gives things a whole different look.
I really liked Geometric Week and seeing what all the ladies came up with; be sure to check out their final looks below.

The Digit-al Dozen Does: Geometric - Look 4
For my fourth look this month I decided to go back to stamping! Stamping is always my go-to for fun nail art and there are so many great geometric stamps out there, how could I not?
Polishes Used:
-Rica - Whiteout
-Sharpies!
-Konad - Black
For the base of this look I tried the sharpie / alcohol method but I think I used colors that were WAY too light and the stamping sort of covered it up! I think I'll try this technique again with other colors. I really like this stamp too, lines and triangles, very geometric ;-)

The Digit-al Dozen Does: Geometric - Look 3
Happy Wednesday! I am really liking the look that I created for today! I decided to do some color blocking for this one; let's see!
Polishes Used:
-China Glaze -Wait 'n Sea
-KBShimmer - How You Dune?
-KBShimmer - Low and Be Bold
I am loving the look! I specifically choose a blue that was somewhat jelly so that I could layer over the gray and create a "fourth" color. I love color blocking and simple tape manicures so this one was right up my ally and the blues really pop!
Let's see what the other ladies are doing for their 3rd geometric nail looks:
