The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents - Tea Party - Look 3

I'm finally back with my 3rd look for the August Nail Challenge Collaborate Tea Party! For whatever reason I've been feeling overwhelmed this month, with work, weekend trips, etc. and my nails have taken a back seat.

Hmmm. To be honest, I'm not in love with this look, however, it's not that bad either. I felt the pink was a really great tea party pink and the bow decals seem very shabby chic, but overall the look is pretty simple and understated.

Twinsie Tuesday: Classic

This week's Twinsie Tuesday theme is "Classic", I immediately thought of a classic plain red mani. I'm sure that some of the other girls thought of this too, so let's take a look at my mani first.

For this look, I simply used two coats of Essie Fishnet Stockings. The plain bold red of this along with my rounded nail shape feels very Classic to me. I think the best part of a Classic look is that it doesn't go out of style, and I know that plain red nails have been in style throughout the decades.

Let's see if any of the other ladies chose a Classic red mani for this week's theme.

Born Pretty Store - Stamping Plate Review

And here's my look:

I am totally in love with the images on this stamping plate! All of the images correspond with each other so you can have a fun intricate look on each nail without all the nails being matchy-matchy. I LOVED wearing this and wore it for three days straight to work (if you've been following my blog at all, you know I mainly wear plain natural nails to work).

I don't have anything bad to say about this plate at all; I love the images and they transferred perfectly onto my nails; I can't wait to do another look using these images.
