Elle - Dancing Queen

My sister gave me my birthday gifts a couple of week's ago and she got me two, three packs of Elle nail polish. She also asked me to do her nails and picked out Dancing Queen from the new polishes. I actually really loved how it looked on her so I used it on myself too!

Polishes Used:
-Nail Tek II
-Elle - Dancing Queen
-HK Girl

I am wearing two coats of Dancing Queen here and it provided full coverage. This is a pretty light pink/green/gray durochrome, which I unfortunately didn't do too well in capturing with my pictures. The application was pretty nice with the Elle polish as well although with the finish of this shade you could see some brushstrokes, but nothing too crazy.

Do you own any Elle polishes? I am not sure where all you can purchase them, but I know my sister purchased the sets from Kohls :)

Orly Color Blast

Hi All!

Today I am showing you another polish that I picked up at Marshalls. Unfortunately I can't see the name of this polish because of where the Marshalls label was placed. This is a polish by Orly but I have never seen this "Color Blast" line. Looks like it may be older or a lower cost line? I am not sure, has anyone else heard of these before?

Anyway, here is the polish!

This polish is an awesome duro-chrome containing cool and warm tones. It was somewhat sheer, and although I have 3 coats on in the pictures, I can still see a bit of a VNL. Overall, I really like this polish and tried to take a couple extra pictures to capture all the colors!

Does anyone know the name of this polish? Have you heard of the Orly Color Blast line?

Maybelline - Color Show - Boho Gold

I recently picked up Maybelline Boho Gold, one of their limited edition Color Show colors. In the bottle this appears to be a super lovely gold, green, blue durochrome, however, it didn't exactly translate how I was hoping on my nails.

Although it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, I do think that it's a pretty color. It is somewhat sheer, so I think that next time I will try it over a dark green to see what sorts of other colors/shimmers I can bring out in this polish. 

What do you think? Were you disappointed in this collection too, or is Chanel Peridot spoiling everyone into thinking all durochromes would like that? lol.
