The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents - Halloween Month - Week 3

TGIF!!!

Are you getting excited for Halloween? I am not super excited but I don't mind all the candy that is around these days; hehe.

For the 3rd mani in the Nail Challenge Collaborative Halloween theme, I decided to do something inspired by pumpkins.

-Gelous
-Out The Door

I really like this look. It doesn't scream Halloween but it is inspired by fall/Halloween colors and items. The day that I wore these nails to work I ended up going to our old corporate headquarters and got to see some people that I work with daily but not face to face and they all seemed to like my nails :) Love when I go places that I am not normally located at and new and different people can get excited. Also fun to learn that some of your colleagues are polish lovers themselves!

Fall Into Autumn Challenge - Pumpkins

Posting a little late today again; wasn't sure if I would be able to get this up or not, but glad that I am!

This week's FIAC theme is "Pumpkins". I really like everything pumpkin for fall; the smell, the pie, carving pumpkins, seeds, halloween, etc.

So anyway, onto my nails!

This week I opted for something really easy, and honestly I did this one in a hurry so I am not in love with how it turned out, but it's still cute. I started off with an orange base and used my white striper to add the lines; the coated with Cloud 9, a sheer/shimmery orange. I like this effect, but am sad because my white is getting towards the end of the bottle and all gloopy. Next I added the green "leaves" and "carved" the pumpkin. Finally, I topped this off with OTD.

Are you ready for Halloween? This mani as got me in the mood to go get some pumpkins to carve!
