NOPI Roughles - On What Grounds?

I recently met up with some Pittsburgh nail girlies and the lovely Nicole of Doctor Crafty gifted me my very first NOPI Roughles polish, On What Grounds?

I am wearing two coats of On What Grounds? without topcoat. I really liked how this shade had flecks of other colors in it and dried nice and quickly. It is a nice simple seafoam teal color so it's very on trend as well.

I will probably be keeping my eyes peeled to see if I can find the rest of the Roughles Collection (if you're still seeing them out in stores, let me know where!)

Ninja Polish - Glamorous

This is an amazing blurple with serious holo. I am wearing two coats of Glamorous here for the photos. I added a top coat of HK Girl after the pictures (I didn't want to ruin the holo) and when I put it on, turns out it didn't really ruin it. I wore this mani for 24hrs+ which for me is a long time, and got tons of compliments on it!!

Do you own any Ninja Polish shades? I will absolutely be picking up another to add to my collection, and thanks again Alyson!!

Dior - Pink Kimono

I'm back in action today! 

While I was out of town over the weekend, I got a couple birthday packages in the mail. One very special package was my VERY FIRST DIOR polish from my good friend Melissa! She picked a color that she thought would be very me and boy was she dead on! I probably would have picked this exact same color!

Merry Christmas! Christmas Nails and Goodies

Merry Christmas!

Today I am showing you the nails I did last night for the big day. I LOVE Christmas, it is my favorite holiday. Unfortunately today we aren't having a white Christmas but that would have been nice. I am spending the day with my family so that will be nice.

Anyways, onto the nails; this is my first "dripping" mani and was inspired by the recent drip mani's that Shaina posted over at Haute Lacquer. Make sure to check out her Candy Cane Drip and Christmas Plaid Drip! Mine are "dripping" the other way though; lol.

I really LOVE the look of this mani; I sort of wish that I would have done it on all of my nails, but I wasn't sure if it would be too much, and I definitely couldn't do it on my right hand, so the accent nails solve that problem. It wasn't too hard to create the "drip" effect, so I will be trying this again with other colors and designs.

Some of you may know that I was out of town this past weekend, and got back yesterday. The hubby and I were at his parent's house doing an early Christmas with some of his family. His mom and my sister in law both got me some nail supplies for Christmas so I thought I would share that with you.

Nail Mail Gifts & Depend NR 310

I recently won a giveaway hosted by Mateja over at Purple Glitters, and on Thursday the goodies arrived in the mail! She is so generous! The giveaway was for 3 polishes and she threw in a ton of extras; so sweet!!

Handmade Necklace & Handmade Earrings

Wasn't that nice?! I can't wait to try out all of the polishes! I don't have any of the full size or special Essence polishes because I can't get them easily here so that was awesome. I had never heard of the Depends brand but I love trying new polishes and this one didn't disappoint.

I was looking forward to trying something new so I started with the NR310, an awesome looking metallic polish. Here we go:

What do you think? This is two coats + topcoat and it's completely full coverage, not streaky either. Such a lovely color and completely a change from everything I already own. Can't wait to try out and swatch the rest of the gifts in the next couple of days.
