Twinsie Tuesday: Least Favorite Polish

This week the Twinsie's are sharing our Least Favorite Polish. Well if I can't pick a most favorite, no way I'm picking a least favorite, so I popped into my un-tried box and picked out what I thought would be my "least favorite", simply for the fact that it's a color that I wouldn't have bought myself (it was a prize!) So let's share, Butter London - Wallis.

So, it's not that bad but not something I would have picked out myself. This color is one of those that you will either love or be meh about, maybe it's something about it against my skin tone? I do have to say that I liked this one more that I thought I would. LOL; I'm so all over the place. So I decided to add a little stamping to it!

I used Konad White and MoYou London plate Pro Collection 06 (sadly, my only MoYou London plate), and I liked the look a little better, and even though it was a tribal image, something about the shimmer popping through the white stamping felt sort of festive!

Twinsie Tuesday: Polish Roulette

This week's theme for the Twinsies is Polish Roulette. I had NO idea what that meant, but luckily there was a little description, it read, "grab two polishes at random and make them work". Well... since I wouldn't ever truly be grabbing two at random I decided to grab a color combination that I HATED when I was younger but now I think we can "make them work". That color combination is Black & Brown.

Polishes Used:
-Barielle - In Good Taste
-Konad - Black
-Stamping Plate - MoYo London Pro Collection 06

As I mentioned I used to hate this color combination but lately I think it can totally work. I even wear this color combo in clothing as well; because black matches with everything right? I chose this floral pattern but a leopard print would also look awesome with this color combo.

The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents - Black & White - Week 3

I'm already onto my 3rd June Nail Challenge Collaborative mani which a pretty good pace for me. Whoohoo! So I recently met up with a couple Pittsburgh nail ladies and fellow NCC girl, Nicole, gifted me my very first MoYou London stamping plate! How sweet!

For this look I started with a simple white base of Orly White Tips; once it was dry I stamped with black the flower pattern (Plate - Pro Collection 06). I had been wanting to try the lead light technique for a while so I created some jelly polishes and tried it out. Not bad for my first attempt! I thought it would look cool matte so I added some Hard Candy matte topcoat.

Soooo, it just happens to be my birthday and after my first experience with MoYou London Plates was so lovely, I think I'll be treating myself to a couple more for my collection!
