CrowsToes Nail Color - "9 Realms" Swatches Part 3

Happy Friday! Today I am excited to show you three more polishes from the Crows Toes 9 Realms Collection.

Vanaheim: Gold to green-blue color shifter with coordinating color shifting glitters. Vanaheim, located within Asgard, is the home of the fertility gods.

Muspelheim: Blue-purple to Red-orange color shifter with both coordinating & contrasting color shifting glitters. Muspelheim is the home of the fire giants and demons., the realm of fire in the south guarded by the giant Sint.

Nidavellir: Teal to magenta color shifter with coordinating color shifting glitters. Nidavellir is the home of the dwarves, the master craftsmen of the realms who were responsible for creating many a magical item used by the gods of Asgard. Thors' hammer, Odins' ring and Staff are a few that come to mind.

These three polishes are really unique and had great color shift that I had trouble capturing on camera. These polishes can be purchased at llarowe.com  but are currently out of stock (sad panda) but hopefully they will be restocked soon!

OPI - Next Stop... The Bikini Zone

I recently won the OPI Brazil mini set from a giveaway, and today I'll be sharing with you Next Stop... The Bikini Zone. I actually wore this mani for a couple of days, which is rare, just because I really liked the color.

I am wearing two coats of color with topcoat. This shade has a little bit of everything, purple, duochrome, shimmers, etc. I had a hard time photographing it thought, my flash really gave it a gnarly look.

It feels weird that tomorrow is Easter and I haven't really done any Easter nails; but like I said, April has been somewhat crazy so I'm just trying to keep up with having posts :)

DIFFERENTdimension: Spring 2014 Collection - Swatches & Review

Who is loving all the spring collections that are out right now? I AM! I'm excited to be sharing with you today, the nine (9) polishes of the DIFFERENTdimension Spring 2014 Collection.

That's Just Ducky: A linear yellow holographic nail polish. Opaque in two to three coats.

Garden Goddess: A mint blue holographic nail polish that is opaque in two to three coats.

Orchid You Not: An orchid purple holographic polish with pink shimmer. Opaque in two to three coats.

Gasoline Rainbows: A black holographic polish with rainbow shimmer added. Opaque in two to three coats.

Dewing It Right: A sky blue polish with shimmer. Opaque in two to three coats.

Tulips Are Better Than One: A purple shimmer polish that appears to duo chrome to teal/aqua. Opaque in two to three coats.

Have A Grape Day: A purple to blue thermal change polish with shimmer added. This polish can be on the sheer side so an extra coat or two may be necessary.



COLD; 2 coats shown over Bonita purple

The Grass Isn't Always Greener: A green to yellow thermal change polish with added shimmer. This polish can be on the sheer side so an extra coat or two may be necessary.

Petal'd: The glitter topper of the collection. Pastel shades of every color in a clear base with added holographic shimmer. Will make any base color come alive!

What a fun action packed collection! All of the shades have the same nice quality application that I have come to expect from DIFFERENTdimension polishes! These polishes will be released on April 4th (TONIGHT!) at 7:00pm EST so mark you calendars!

Colors By Llarowe - Swatches & Review

I was recently contact by Llarowe to see if I would like to try some Colors By Llarowe; of course I said yes! Today I will be sharing with you 6 pretty shades created by Leah Ann herself. First I will share with you the swatches and finish up with my feedback.

Rizzo: Baby pink linear holo

Vamp: Deep red holo with copper flash

Oxen: Deep oxblood scattered holo

Holly: Multi chrome holographic that shifts green/blue/purple/grey/reddish pink 

Sizzlin' Liz: Royal navy jelly base with intense copper/orange shimmer

Xmas 2013: Clear base topper with micro red glitter, micro gold holo glitter, gold dot glitter, red hex glitter and sparse green bell glitter  (Shown over Sally Hansen - Parrot)

Overall, the quality and application of all 6 of these polishes was flawless. Just what I am looking for in an indie polish. In all of the pictures, I am wearing two coats of color without any topcoat so as not to distort the colors or glitters or holos. All the colors are really nice in their own right but if I had to pick my two favorites, I would have to pick Vamp and Holly.
