Nail Art for Nubs Link-Up

Happy Monday! (haha; I hate Mondays)
Anyway, today I am doing something a little different for the Nail Art for Nubs Link-Up; I did the design on my friend Amanda's nails, she really does have little nubs so it was perfect.

Polishes Used:
-Sinful Colors - Hazard
-Sinful Colors - Nirvana
-Konad - White
-Bundle Monster - BM-H11
-Out The Door

For this look started with a  base of Hazard (Orange) and then added the brown (Nirvana) using the Saran Wrap Method. Once that was dry I stamped overtop of it all with this cute image from the Bundle Monster Holiday Collection. We both thought that these were perfect nails for the fall season. Sometimes people with short nails are worried that the full nail images on stamping plates won't look right, but as you can see here a design like this would look great on nails of all sizes!

Amanda is one of my co-workers and friends and recently she took a job with another company  (sad face for me, happy face for her) but I am hoping that she will be able to continue to come over to get together and to do more manis!

    Barielle - Sophisticated Lady Collection

Yesterday I shared with you the Nude & Naughty Collection from Barielle, and today you will be seeing the Sophisticated Lady Collection. Once again I am wearing two coats of each shade with the Barielle Base and Top coats.

London High Tea: Creamy Bright Pink

Dinner at 8: Plum Rose Red

    Edgy: Deep Purple

    Tres Chic: Creamy Black Blue

    In Good Taste: Chocolate Brown

Overall, these are all nice shades, especially for fall. In case you were as confused as I was though, YES, In Good Taste is in both the Sophisticated Lady and Nude & Naughty Collections, so if you are ordering both, you will have an extra, perhaps for a friend?

What do you think of these collections? Do you have a favorite shade? I am loving London High Tea from this collection and Very Bare from the Nude & Naughty Collection.

Barielle - Nude & Naughty Collection

I was recently contacted by Barielle to review their fall collections and of course I said yes. There are two fall collections, Nude & Naughty and Sophisticated Lady. I was also provided with strengthening base coat, quick dry topcoat and strengthening nail cream. Today I will be sharing with you the polishes in the Nude & Naughty Collection.

All swatches are shown with Barielle base and top coat and are two coats of the shades themselves.

    Very Bare: Opalescent Pink

    Pillow Talk: Pale Peach

    No Not Now: Sheer Toffee

I Got A Headache: Shimmery Caramel

    In Good Taste: Chocolate Brown

Overall, I think that the shades in this collection are hit and miss. I love Very Bare and In Good Taste however, while the other shades are nice colors, I don't think that they look very good on my skin-tone; but they may look good on yours! The application of all the shades, and the base and topcoat was all pretty good.

Do you own any of the Nude & Naughty Collection? Stay tuned for the Sophisticated Lady Collection tomorrow!
