AIS - Spring Flowers

Today's theme in Adventures in Stamping, is Spring Flowers. This is the perfect spring to transition into the Easter holiday and with the new season upon us. Unfortunately, in Pittsburgh, the weather is still stuck in Winter, but this week's mani is sure to cheer us up.

I decided to do a nice pink base with some iridescent glitters as my base. Stamping with the white polish and accent dots for the flowers was nice and springy but still with some nice pastels as opposed to bring neons. 

Short and sweet!

Liquid Imagination - Barbie Girl

Today I am showing you a "new to me" indie polish from Liquid Imagination. I originally saw Barbie Girl around Valentines Day and decided that it needed to be mine.

I have on two coats of polish for these pictures; I probably could have gone with three coats but I liked the look of two. This polish had nice application and has a gentle holo to it, almost a shimmer of holo. The official description on etsy is says, "barbie girl is a girly linear holographic pink nail polish, made with genuine spectraflair".

Essie - Absolutely Shore

Today I am showing you a lovely pale green shade from Essie, Absolutely Shore.

-Essie - Absolutely Shore

Absolutely Shore is a sheer cream polish. I have two coats on in the here in the pictures and it is still slightly streaky, although not too bad. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait for my polish to try too long, so I couldn't put on a third coat for full opacity. 

This light polish is a nice pretty shade for the new springtime season, even if the weather may not feel like it.

Crumpet's Nail Tarts: Tri-Polish Challenge

Hello Lovelies! Today I have my second post in the March Tri-Polish Challenge.

For this look, I decided to go with a fun splatter mani, and added in the white that we were allowed to use as well!

For this mani, I used Zoya - Lotus as a base, Sinful Colors - Hazard, and Sally Hansen - White On. I have only done a couple manicures using the splatter technique but I really like it. It's one of my favorite, "you can't go wrong" looks.

Liquid Lacquer - Find The Golden Egg

I recently purchased this pretty polish from Liquid Lacquer as part of Melissa's Limited Edition Easter polishes.

Find The Golden Egg contains multicolored glitters in light pink, bright pink, gold and green. This polish is super cute and would look good over all different base colors, although obviously I had to put it over some pink undies.
