Pahlish - Coney Island Queen Collection - Part 3

Finally, we have reached the end of my Pahlish Coney Island Queen Collection review. Today I will be showing you the last two polishes from the collection, "His Favorite Sundress" and "Anticipating and Pacing". These are the orange / red-coral polishes from the collection.

First up, the orange shade, His Favorite Sundress:

Shannon from Pahlish describes this shade as a "creamy pale coral base with gold shimmer and satin and metallic orange accents". This is such a pretty orange shade and unlike so many other oranges, doesn't remind me of halloween at all. I am wearing two coats of color, topped with Gelous and No Time.

Next Up we have Anticipating and Pacing:

Shannon describes this polish as a "creamy coral base with gold shimmer and royal blue accents". This is without a doubt one of my favorites of the collection. The shade is so gorgeous and unique! I have on two coats of color topped with Gelous and No Time.

Pahlish - Coney Island Queen Collection - Part 2

Happy Wednesday!

Today I am back with Part 2 of the Pahlish Coney Island Queen Collection. I will be sharing with you the two neutrals of the collection, "Coney Island Queen" and "Mind Like A Diamond".

First Up, the namesake of the collection, Coney Island Queen:

Shannon from Pahlish describes this polish as a "creamy nude base with two sizes of rich metallic gold microflakes" . This is a great nude if you are looking for something work appropriate but want a little something extra instead of a plain nude. I have on two coats of this polish topped with Gelous and No Time.

Next up we have Mind Like A Diamond:

Shannon describes this polish as a "creamy greige base with shimmering charcoal and taupe microflakes". This is a really unique gray polish and I love that it has such dimension; it even has pink and blue and gold shimmers which were a pleasant surprise. This is definitely one of my favorite polishes from the collection. I have on two coats of color topped with Gelous and No Time.

Pahlish - Coney Island Queen Collection - Part 1

Hey Loves! 

I recently purchased my first Pahlish polishes and I decided to jump into the deep end and buy the ENTIRE Coney Island Queen Collection. As suspected, per my friends recommendations, I was not disappointed at all!

Today I will be showing you Sweet Venom and Singing In The Garden.

First Up, the lovely pink shade known as Sugar Venom:

Shannon of Pahlish describes this polish as "creamy neon pink with intense pink duochrome microflakes and scattered metallic berry accents" This is actually one of my favorites out of the collection since it's pink. I love that there are some subtle shimmers / microflakes in this polish which make it special and unique from other pinks that I own. I have on two coats of polish on in these photos topped with Gelous and No Time. 

Next Up is the green of the collection, Singing In The Garden:

Sharon describes this polish as "creamy sage green base with multichrome teal-pink glassfleck shimmer and scattered metallic olive accents". This shade is exactly as described. It is a gorgeous shade of green and isn't obnoxious like some greens. I love this. This is two coats of polish topped with Gelous and No Time.

Shimmer Polish - Stephanie

Today I am so excited to be showing you swatches of my first Shimmer polish. There are so many lovely shades that Shimmer carries, but of course, for my first, I HAD to choose, Stephanie!

I was dying to see how this polish looked over a couple different blues which is why I used both Electric Beat and Ciao Bella for my undies. This glitter polish is ridiculously gorgeous and has TONS of glitter in just one coat (which I have on in the photos). 

I was so excited to see this polish on when I first go it, that I swatched it over a red as well (Sinful Colors - GoGo Girl). Here is that picture:

Yep, still looks awesome.

Sinful Colors - GoGo Girl

Today I am sharing with you one of my FAVORITE red cream polishes, Sinful Colors, GoGo Girl.

-No Time

Every time I wear this polish I love it more and more. The application is really smooth and even and is completely opaque in two coats. And since it's from Sinful Colors, it's super affordable; if you don't have this red in your collection, I would recommend adding it.

Liquid Lacquer - Dazed and Confused

Sneaky Melissa created a BONUS shade as part of her Physical Graffiti Collection, Dazed and Confused and was available in the last restock. I was lucky enough to snag one up before they were all sold out so that I would have the COMPLETE collection.

Dazed and Confused is a gray polish with a holographic shimmer.

I have three coats of this lovely shade on in the pictures, also, unlike with my previous Physical Graffiti swatches, I did add a topcoat to this one which sort of dulled the holo effect; but I was planning on wearing this to work and needed it to dry fast and stay on. 

I loved all the polishes in this collection and can't wait to see what Melissa comes up with next.

AIS - Spring Colors

This week's theme for Adventures in Stamping is "Spring Colors". I have been doing a lot of pastels for spring but I also think that bright colors are springy as well. So, I went with a pastel base and a bit of a brighter color combination to stamp with.

This design sort of reminded me of some crazy Dr. Suess style flowers and the colors were bright and springy in my opinion. The weather this weekend was a lot cooler than it had be this weekend and it had me a little down or else this may have been even brighter and crazier!
