I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving! Either you are still stuffed from yesterday or you're working off the calories by Black Friday shopping; sound familiar?
Here is my fourth and final look for this months Nail Challenge Collaborative theme:
Polishes Used:
-OPI - Mrs. O'Leary's BBQ
-Essence - Rebel Delight
-Liquid Lacquer - Penny Jar
I had something along the lines of my ring finger in my mind for a while for this theme but once I did that nail, and then my middle finger, I decided it would be neat for each to be different. Of course, I added the glittery pinky nail accent for a little fun. This sort of reminds me of a tribal, woven design.
Make sure to check out what the other lovely ladies did!

The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents - Favorite Color Month - Week 3
It's almost Thanksgiving! Are you so excited? I am looking forward to the mini-break from work. Today I am back at you with my third installment of the Favorite Color theme in the Nail Challenge Collaborative.
Here is my third look:
Polishes Used:
-Barielle - Plum Rose Red
-Zoya - Godiva
I went with something simple for this look, a plain red base with nude textured dotting pattern. Everytime that I think I will try using dotting tools for something cool, it doesn't exactly turn out as planned, but this isn't that bad, it's nice a simple and different.
What are your thoughts? Don't forget to check out what the other ladies did for their 3rd Favorite Color look.

Delush Polish - Festive Soiree Swatches & Review
Happy Tuesday!! Are you in the holiday spirit? I hope so, because today I will be sharing with you 4 shades from the Delush Polish Festive Soiree Collection! I'll show you the swatches first and then give you my review. Note: I am wearing two coats of each shade, topped with Out The Door.
Sugar Plum Surprise: A scrumptiously Delushous plum jelly filled with an array of holographic navy, pink, green glitters accented by gold dots.
Tis The Season To Sparkle: Captivating emerald green jelly base filled with a mesmerizing festive blend of holographic diamonds, vibrant magenta dots surrounded by an array of coloured glitters. Make a statement with this polish and show the world that you aren't afraid to sparkle!
Frost Bitten, Twice Shy: A romantic twist of lilac, pink, gold glitters accented with large holographic dots and an all over violet shimmer that makes this glitter bomb transform any colour you choose to wear it over.
I also tried this one over a pink base:
Sleighed By Santa: Naughty and playful in nature, Sleighed By Santa is a delectable oxblood red with a gorgeous gold shift and shimmer that makes this beauty not your average red nail polish. (Purchased by me)
My thoughts: These are all lovely shades! Sugar Plum Surprise is such a nice raspberry type shade, I love the jelly squishiness of it. Tis The Season To Sparkle reminds me of a green squishy Christmas Tree. I don't own any green shades that are even close to this and I am glad that it's now part of my collection. I decided to wear Frost Bitten, Twice Shy over Maybelline Bold Gold and Sinful Colors Outrages, but as Adrianna says, this shade would look great over any undies! Finally, Sleighed by Santa was a shade that I saw online as part of the collection and purchased a bottle for myself! As you know I have been obsessed with reds lately and how perfect and unique is this shade for the holidays!

I Love Nail Polish - Birefringence
Back to work today, but luckily, it's a short week! Whoohoo!! From this point on, the office will be getting less and less cars in the parking lot with people using up their vacation days. (We have a "use them or lose them" policy). In case you hadn't guessed, I'm back with another polish that the lovely Brigitte let me borrow; it's ILNP, Birefringence.
Birefringence is described on their site as follows:
Birefringence is a jaw droppingly beautiful polish that effortlessly stops people in their tracks. Planning on having a meaningful face-to-face conversation with a friend? Plan on an abrupt derailment as soon as he/she notices what your nails are up to. Remember though, it’s not their fault; you were warned!
Birefringence shifts through an array of incredible blues, purples, reds, oranges, yellows, and even subtle greens!
Birefringence is part of ILNP’s “Ultra Chrome” class of chromatic nail polishes; formulated to apply directly to the nail without the need for a base color.
I am wearing two coats of Birefringence, topped with Out The Door. This polish is ridiculously gorgeous and I tried to capture it in the photos but they honestly do it no justice. It is a polish that everyone must see in person AND purchase for their collection. I may not be returning this one to Brigitte, lol, but don't tell her that (just kidding, I wouldn't steal it from her).
You can pick up this shade and the other Ultra Chromes from the I Love Nail Polish website.
Do you own this shade or any of the other Ultra Chromes?
